We are not liable to any customer for any loss or damage as a result of the purchase of a course or educational materials. Any liability will be limited to the cost of that product.

Our course materials are of a high quality. However we cannot guarantee they will be error free. Users are responsible for viewing our materials, and informing us of any errors that they find.

Specifically, you are not permitted to republish, transmit electronically, upload or distribute in any way, any of the information or documents that you access through Designed Learning’s website.
Current “Question Skills” courses are for a set sequence, and may only be used for a single time, for one class per school campus. Registration and usage of all materials is on a per class basis, and for a period of time unless otherwise negotiated. Users are permitted to download documents and retain them on computers for the term of their access to those materials.
